W.C.R.A.R., LLC represents that the consent of no other person or entity is required to enable user/users to use the Logo described herein and that such use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement will not, to the best of W.C.R.A.R., LLC knowledge and belief, violate or infringe upon the trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyright, artistic, and/or other rights of any third parties including the rights of publicity and/or privacy, in territories where W.C.R.A.R., LLC owns rights to the Logo. W.C.R.A.R., LLC hereby releases user/users, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated corporations, successors, assignees and licensees, from any and all claims or liability that may arise solely as a result of the use of the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any claims that such use constitutes defamation (including libel and slander), an invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, or other personal or property rights.

User/users acknowledges the ownership of the Logos by W.C.R.A.R., LLC, and agrees that it will do nothing inconsistent with such ownership and that all use of the Logos by the user/users shall inure to the benefit of W.C.R.A.R., LLC (except as to all footage recorded in connection with the Website, all rights of and to which shall inure to the W.C.R.A.R., LLC). It is agreed that W.C.R.A.R., LLC retains all rights in the Logos, and that any and all goodwill associated with the Logos vests in Owner.

User/users agrees that it shall not knowingly or intentionally alter the Logos, or manipulate any image(s) thereof, either by blurring, distortion or other means of reproduction or display. User/users further agrees that it will not take any action that would tend to diminish the goodwill of the Logos or bring the Logos or the W.C.R.A.R., LLC into public disrepute. User/users understands that this is a one time use agreement unless otherwise agreed upon by another means of acknowledgement. 

Use of the logos must be truthful and not misleading. You may not use the logos to imply any relationship with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, the W.C.R.A.R., LLC that is not true. The logos may not be altered in any way.

The W.C.R.A.R., LLC reserves the right, at any time and without cause, to withdraw any permission granted in this permission to use the logo.
